Anyone know of a wedding site ??

Hello all,


It is strange asking a question when I normally am answering so here goes.


I am on the hunt for Peacock theme ideas for our wedding in october. I have a few ideas but no clue on the other.


I am making the flowers and the wedding cake (have that idea drawn out and been decorating a few years now) HOWEVER I am stuck on reception ideas and wedding decorations





if you have any ideas that would help us out I would be grateful

you can try these sites i have seen a few and trust me i have enough wedding sites on my pc so i know what i am saying hope it helps
Reply:Aaaww, big hugs to you, too! Try searching "peacock decorations" on Google Images. I only looked at the first page, and ideas started coming to me! If you have Cost Plus Imports where you live, you can get inexpensive peacock feathers for centerpieces. Also rent the movie, "Kamasutra, A Tale of Love". In one of the first scenes there is a gorgeous gown whose skirt and bodice seem to be made of peacock feathers. It's simply breathtaking. Also try to find little movable silver charms in the shape of peacocks and hand-held fans to be used as wedding favors. Drape lengths of fabric in peacock colors over the chairs with sheer, wide ribbon in contrasting shades to secure the lengths. Flower petals scattered on the floor and tables, deep blue and violet tapers, flowers in vibrant shades, little sachet pillows among the flowers, should make the table extraordinary.
