Is he into me?I recently met someone when I took a trip back home...a very good friend of the family?

..my sister was getting married. Also, a keynote is the fact that we're South Asian, so culture plays a HUGE role in display of emotions, etc. When i first met him, I was attracted to him instantly..and as we started to talk and got to know each other a little better i realized i had started to fall for him and when it was time to leave, i realized I was head over heels....Now, the thing is, he is such a sweet and friendly guy, I wasn't sure if he was just being nice or if it was something more.. He would always compliment me, tease me, touch my arm when we talked, i would catch him staring at me...he told my sisters (but not me) that he used to like a girl who really hurt him....this girl apparently liked flowers which was why he didn't like flowers anymore....but, on the last day of my trip, he brought my sisters and me flowers...During the wedding reception, he asked what kind of guys I was interested in and what I would do if a guy proposed to me right now...What does it all mean?

A few days after we returned from the trip, I got an ecard from him, saying him and his family really missed me...we emailed back and forth...and the last email he sent me he signed it saying "we love you.."





What does this all mean? I could outright ask him but cultural barriers as well my own fear of rejection is stopping me...what should I do? It's driving me crazy!!!
