Minister and photographer should be at top of the list.

Rings.

What are you going to put the flowers on--arch, candelabra, unity candle stand, etc.

What kind of food--appetizers or full meal and what are you going to serve it on--paper or china, paper napkins or cloth, plastic cups or crystal glasses, etc. Have finger foods/snacks for guests to munch on while photographer is taking pictures.

Flowers for tables/centerpieces.

Name placecards for table if you're arranging seating.

Wine or champagne for toast and glasses. Special goblets for bride and groom.

Program which you can print on your computer with colored paper--people like to know what the order of the ceremony is and it makes a nice keepsake.

Runner for aisle so bride's dress doesn't get dirty.
