HELP! Wedding Reception Setting Ideas?

My colors will be hot pink, hot purple, bright green for accents. Can you give me some ideas on what I should do for the table colors (table covers, chair covers, napkins, chair sashes). The reception is going to be at a country club and our room is surrounded by windows and a walk around patio. So you get a really nice view of the golf course. My flowers are going to be the hot pink and purple and the accent of the lime green. Any table color and setting ideas would be great! I don't know if I want the table cloth to be the bright pink or purple or should it be more sublte?

Thank you all in advance for your help. Greatly appreciate it!

HELP! Wedding Reception Setting Ideas?
Lime green was one of my colors too--I had a tropical theme. What I did was had the buffet tables in lime green and the main tables turquoise. So it sorta looked like the sea with the land around the edges. My napkins were fushia or sand colored. For yours I'd suggest using a slightly darker than hot purple. Still bold but more of a royal purple for the tableclothes. Lime green for the tableclothes on accent tables--food, favors, gift, cake. Hot pink is so bold I'd save that just for accents like the flowers and perhaps napkins. Alternating looks more like gumballs in a machine and bold pink might clash with flowers and/or make the food look sickly. Especially if you are having meat.

Also a slightly darker tablecloth helps draw the eye outside to the beautiful golf courses too. With that bold colors--don't do chair covers too. That would be too much and try to add a neutral in there as well. Perhaps if your vases are clear, put sand to hold the flowers in place. Or use white for your dinnerware.
Reply:Go with white table cloths. To bring out the colors you have chosen, place pink, purple and lime napkins on the tables. You do some tables in pink, others in purple and others in lime. That way, you can look out your guests and see all the colors. Also consider colorful centerpieces to accent the colors of your wedding. You can even color coordinate your place cards. Family members of the groom, purple, your family pink, friends lime, etc.... Just a thought. Congratulations!
Reply:I think the table and chair covers should be a bright white...that way you dont have colored covers clashing with anything else...the sashes should be, as I saw someone mention...alternating in the bright colors you have chosen ( which i LOVE by the way...I moved my wedding to sept...but if i was doing a summer wedding those were my choices)...I saw a really cute arrangement when I was at my florists of they were REALLY big margarita glasses with a floral arrangement inside of it...I just thought it was super cute for a summer wedding...and with your colors i think that would be really cute!...but definately go with a more subtle color for the chair and table covers!
Reply:you can do layered table cloths. on some of the tables hot pink on top with lime green on the bottom and on the rest hot purple with lime green on the bottom. you can have neutral color flowers center pieces so that it wouldn't be overwhelming like long stem white lillies in tall vases with pink, purple, and lime green marbles inside or beaded chains of those colors flowing out of the vase to give contrast to the flowers that are going up. the napkins can be the opposite color of the tablecloth that they are on so you will need both pink and purple. the chair covers should match the table cloth

congradulations. i hope that your day turns out to be everything that you hope it to be.
Reply:black chair covers would be awsome
Reply:More subtle??? You cant be subtle with colors like HOT PINK and LIME GREEN!!!! Are you setting up for a 1980's theme or what??? I think brown would be an absolutely perfect touch...LOL...
Reply:I would definitely match the chair covers with one of the 2 rich colors you chose, pink or purple,as well as the napkins.

I would use a light and sublte table cover with just a hint of color.

Dont overload the loud colors, as it will be too agressive!
Reply:It might look really stunning to have the table covers bright white with the purple, pink and green napkins alternating. Or each table could be different, one purple, one pink, one green, on and on. And the centerpieces could reflect it the same way. Good luck and God Bless your marriage.
Reply:White tablecloth. If you do the tables all in color it would almost be too much. Just imagine looking at a hot pink table while trying to eat dinner. I love the color choice though. Makin one hell of a statement. Just remember that the entire time people are eating the look down at the table.

Congrats though. Beutiful colors for im sure what is going to be a great evening.
